Is 3.46 volts enough? Can’t seem to find the info anywhere.

I also checked ground at the injector connectors, which seems fine

Best I understand the injectors are Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controlled. I don't think you can measure the voltage properly without a scope. Others will have to advise on the injector questions.

Ok guys, it starts and runs, but runs terribly at this point. Like a dummy I erased my codes, but they don’t reappear after 2 minutes or so of running.

I have to give it gas or else it will sputter and idle for 5 seconds before dying.

Any thoughts on what to check next? Really would appreciate any thoughts

I don't know if it would help, but try disconnecting the injector electric plugs and blowing out with air. To me, it seems they are not functioning properly and you are not getting enough fuel.
Maybe just let it set in the sun and dry out a couple days.
Maybe others will join in with better advice.

Thanks for still trying volvolugnut. I compressed aired all those, they are definitely dry. I wish I hadn’t thrown out my old plugs, I feel like that would at least allow me to eliminate something.

It never started until I adjusted the gaps as you told me, so I’m thinking the new plugs are really a the issue.

Does anyone think that with codes not coming back after running for several minutes (albeit poorly) mean the the injector problem is ruled out?

Should I spend the 35 bucks on Volvo brand plugs and hope for the best?

Thanks!

Should also mention that I’ve got 8psi at rough idle and about 13-15 at rev. If that helps
