I thought about that also, but how is it possible to get air in the hydraulics? I personaly bleed the brakes as a step 1 along with my son, he pumped the pedal and I was bleeding the brakes, I spend about 1 liter of fluid or more to be sure old fluid went out, and I saw the difference between old and new fluid. And there were no bubbles. The car start to brake better but it wasn´t the solution of my problem. That was a few months ago. Then my mechanic bleed it one more time a month ago with the calipper job, but I don´t know what method he used, I don´t think he has power bleeder. And one more question, what is the difference between standard home bleeding with brake pedal pumping and power bleeder? Isn´t that the same thing, only with the power bleeder is easier procedure? Thanks for all the replies guys

That is interesting, I never heard of that. I will check YT, sound a bit complicate, who knows

Basically with reverse bleeding first you bleed all the lines out so that you have clean fluid coming out at all of the bleeders - if you can get any out - then you pressurize brake fluid at the bleeder and send it back towards the master cylinder. It may be able to get air out that isn't coming out any other way BUT if done on dirty fluid, you could cause damage to the master cylinder or ABS valve assembly, or both.

This is un-commonly done on a "dry" motorcycle master cylinder as a last ditch effort where you can't get any fluid to come out of the lines even though the reservoir is full and you've pumped the brake to no avail.
Wisdom requires knowledge as a prerequisite, but knowledge can be developed due to a lack of wisdom.
In order to learn how to fix something, you must first learn how to break it.

Vacuum hose is in good condition so I will try to bleed one more time by Vida instructions, then, if that wont help reverse bleeding.

My 1993 850 non-turbo has a different diagram 3517199 . I'm just starting to trace hoses and #2 is different, it's a short hose connecting right next to the large PCV hose on the throttle body.

I replaced the rubber ends on the small vacuum hoses using pieces from a roll of vacuum tubing that I had sitting around. I cut the bad rubber off carefully with a razor blade and pressed on new ends. Also replaced the vacuum tree and o-ring. Runs good now.

Vacuum tubing package says 5/32 x 6ft (4mm x 1.83m)

Can #2 and #6 be removed and capped off if the preheater is removed?
