Hy
I open the post again. The slave cylinder, after have worked a all day, doesn't' work anymore. The pedal gets to deep and doesn't come back. The fork seems to be blocked, I can't move it by hand. I don't lose liquid neither. I may admit that as a newbie , I'm a newbie in mechanic, but twice the same part...

What could hell me is a picture of a master cylinder the same as mine with three outputs to see if I have plugged my hoses well.
Then I need to find the OEM part, Slave cylinder FTE KN22061A1 0128.

This is the original part :

ATE or Bendix would also be oem quality.
That FTE....never heard of it.
I'm 99.9% sure that it's junk...right out of the box...since i never heard about that aftermarket brand.
You have a warranty...return it and demand oe,ATE or Bendix.

Hy misha,

i do thank you so much for your advice. At a moment, to be a newbie, (to put aside with the excellent advices I have here), can't be the only explanation. Without being hard to Skandix, this "home made" part is good to junk.I will order ATE model.

There are known good and reputable aftermarket brands but there are also too much junk aftermarket brands.
Avoid everything you never heard about before.
Bendix ,Ate ,Sachs are excellent aftermarket brands, and in most cases, they are oem parts for most car makes including Volvo.

Thanks Misha !

To be sure to not forget any track, couldn't it have to matter because I've made a mistake in plugging the hoses to the master cylinder ?

euh... I can't post pics, is it me or MVS issue ? All the post pics have disappeared...

I can't say anything about that since my is automatic.
Wait for members which have cars with manual transmission to chime in.
