Thanks Shockwave for the reply and sorry for not replying quickly, I wanted to make my homework before! I think I found my problem but I don’t know the source. I hope someone on this forum know before getting a divorce!
First of all the fuel pump don’t run anymore (Good thing in a intermittent problem). So I changed it. I find out that my cem was corroded so I send it to Xemodex for a refurbished one.. I still cannot hear the pump and no fuel pressure.
After learning how to interprete a wiring diagram! I have find out that I have no command voltage from the ecm to the pem. 0V when turning the key or starting ( yellow wire on pem)
I have 14v on the blue one
So this afternoon I decided to test the yellow wire from the pem to ecm on the pin 20 and it was good.
I check in Vida, no immobilizer and the pump duty cycle should be 25%, fuel pressure is around 100kpa ( atmospheric so no pressure). Still 0V on the yellow wire. I have current on the fuel pump fuse in the box under the hood
I wonder if my ecm is dead. Someone can help me on that? Why I have 0V on the yellow wire if the duty cycle is at 25%? It would be really appreciated, I am stock since Christmas!

Greetings. These forums have helped me a lot over the years. This is an amazing thread with lots of information that I have read through fully.
I am hard up looking for info on how to replace the PEM on an 08 Volvo XC90. 3.2 AWD.
Can't confirm the exact location of the PEM (2nd row passenger seat? 3rd row? Do I have to pull the whole row of seats to get enough carpet up?)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
