… finally a real fun: ETM cleaning on the bench! Reason: slightly wawing RPM at hot idling, stalling at cold idling, difficult to accelerate at low rev's.

Found an ugly oil drops under the right side of the engine - diagnosed as oil pump failure by myself. I thought Will be done by myself as an easy fix - what a mistake it was!

This hub is a part of maintenance plan at mileage 200K.
My engine has 240K.

Finally, VOLVO delareship did the job - FORD and OPEL rejected it due to missing the special tool for timing shaft locking. The full set (1 hub at the exhaust valves plus gaskets of the camshafts and the plastic cap including the labour fee) was USD 532.

Timing belt and ribbed belt kit replacement - including water pump, generator flywheel, tensioners and pulleys.

The water pump was still good shape (excellent bearing) like the other pulleys - only the timing belt tensioner pulley/bearing was bad condition after ca 60K miles - little bit surprised me. I won't wait 100K miles for the replacement, but will following the 60K interval.

Oil and auto tranny oil change with Mahle Filter after 5K miles.

Rear anti-roll bar endlink replacement due to knocking sound at cornering by low speed.

Bushing also ordered, however both looks OK.
