Bought the parts (calipers and pads) and although it's getting harder to find someone to just charge labor, what should I pay for replacing the rear calipers and pads? Not a cheapskate, just want to pay what's fair.
Thanks.

Mechanic prices can vary a lot, $60-100 an hour is what most places charge near me. Calipers and pads shouldn’t take too long to put on. (maybe 1-2 hours) I recently put on new front calipers and pads for my S70 with the help of a neighbor and it took us 1 hour and 10min. If you have the parts already provided, anything under $200 is a good price to pay

The trouble spot on rear calipers is the hard line that attaches it. That can freeze up which then turns into a battle

Three (3) hours. One side.
The car came to me with this problem built in.
Only took five minutes to harvest the caliper off Olde Blue.
