Hi, I have a error code for my intake VVT solenoid. I have done quite a bit of research however I have some questions. I see two completely different replacement parts, some sites simply describe both as VVT solenoid however I found one site that says intake for the longer part and exhaust for the shorter. My question is I can find zero information, youtube video's etc differentiating these two parts nor can I find information on locating the specific parts on the motor. All I found was the location of the two exhaust solenoids on top of the motor by intake manifold located on the left and right side. Where do the intake solenoids sit and what's the procedure for replacing? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the links, the code is ECM-P003D00. Can you help me identify the correct part and more importantly where on the engine it goes? Thanks

Replaced the part, took < 5 minutes and part was $60, local shop wanted $280. Check engine is now off and idle is smooth, thanks all for your input!
