V70 98 how-to adjust headlight wiper motor?

I got a pair of good used headlight wiper motors.
I couldn't resist to open them and renew their grease...
So now I have one Motor that works fine and another one (left one) that adjusts with ignition on and works fine for one application, then slows down on the next application then coming to full stop in cycle. After some minutes cool down above behavior repeats.
I might have misaligned the gears when reassembling this one...
Right now it's sitting on the bench in this position here.

The rack is in mid position now.
Who is able to provide a comprehensive how-to for gears assembly ?
I have read that the motor will align on first power up in the existing threads but there must be a proper relation between the control pinion and the orange translation gear upon installation.
Also I have checked the proper seat of the thermofuse but could not see an issue (visual check)

If the wiper unit is stopping or hesitating or even running slow, it is either the motor is failing or the thermal resistor. More likely both. I will look and see if I can find any photos I've taken of the motors when I have opened them for alignment purposes.

I had a look last night and I only have pictures of P2 headlight wiper motors. I can post those if you think they may help.
