aircon fix with cable ties on newer models

I've got a 2013 D4 V70. The air con compressor clutch is much harder to access than on the older mk 2 model I had before.
Now I've finally reached it the springs are different - not the round cloverleaf type but straight ones.
Can you still do the cable tie fix ? and where do you put the ties please?

On the cloverleaf type you’d put the zip tie under it to add some tension to the clutch—but without too much to drag when not engaged.
