2007 XC70 12V outlets fuse?

Hello friends.
I have a 2007 XC70 with no power to the 12V outlets; neither front nor back seat. It also has no manuals. None of the 3 fuse stickers has anything that seems like "cigarette lighter", "12 V", "accessory", or anything else close to the 12V outlets.

This post viewtopic.php?p=617508#p617508 leads me to believe that Fuse 13 is the unlucky location, and that it takes a 20A fuse. However, the sticker behind the panel at the left end of the dashboard claims that Fuse 13 is "Telephone" and that it takes a 5A fuse.

My XC70 has no phone.

Before I start pulling all the fuses in a flailing attempt to find the offender, can anyone identify the right fuse?

If you look at page 188, there is a hidden fuse box above the drivers knee. You have to remove 2 x T25 Torx screws and then pull the panel down. It is fuse 11.

Drew …the manuals for you car are free online via Volvo. That should list the right fuse.

I fled the 518 for the 516 in 2021, lived in Delmar for 30 years!

owner manuals can be found on ebay, its the first thing they grab at the junkyard, easy to sell.
