Glove Box Issue

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem with the 850. I have a 93 850 GLT and a few months ago I got something out of the glove box, shut it and have not been able to get back in since. I've tried using the key to lock and unlock it. No luck. It is acting as if it is locked (I pull the handle, but it doesn't catch anything). Has anybody else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it?
