Battery lamp lights on

Hi all,
My battery lamp the one with liquid and fan in the middle not the one of the regular battery lights on for like 10 seconds and then turns of for a minute then turns on? I bought a battery a month a go so I took to the warranty they make the test and the report says battery is 100% good but charging is 98% good so they told me it might be an alternator.
Few days, I had some one to do a copy of my key and he turned the car on and of so many times to program the key so, could that harmed my alternator? and I should wait more days and drive my car for regular speed so the alternator will start to charge again normally?

Believe that's your radiator light.... check your radiator fluid to make sure it's up to the level.
