S80 Cabin Filter

Hey lads,i've got an S80 2000 2.0T to replace my 96 850 but steaming up inside on normal air flow when a/c not selected?? I got a new cabin filter but dont know where it goes. Is cabin filter and pollen filter the same thing? Any help greatly appreciated thanks

Not quite, a pollen filter filters outside air only. The cabin filter your S80 has filters all air. Is this car RHD? If so, remove the soundproofing panel from the driver's side and the filter is located in bottom of the air conditioning unit. I've attached some notes on both operations.

Thanks alot VCA,Job done in 5mins thanks to your response and diagram,it is RHD yes and found it under the passenger side.
