I found my brake fluid leak

Hi folks, kept having to top off my brake fluid then noticed spot on driveway. The majnual I bought does not go into detail so I'll try to explain the location. Master cyl as you face it from the front on the rear left side there is a major fitting with a tube wrapped in plastic that goes to a T intersection. the left(facing the windshield) goes to a flat diaphram type thing about 4" in diameter, the right joins a larger line. where it joins the master cyl the turn seems too tight and the leak is there, how much of that line needs replacing, that is what's it called and where does it go. The manual is really not muchgood here
