240 1987 Missing connector from wiper motor to turning mech

My windshield wipers stopped working and I think the first repair shop I took it to lost a part after not being able to fix it. I now have a new motor but there is a part missing between the motor and the turning mechanism. I have never seen it and am unsure what the part looks like. A name and how to find a replacement would be great, it rains a lot in the northeast. Thanks, Summer

It rains a lot in the north east of England too!

The part that usually goes missing is #31 which is a bushing. I can only suggest trying the dealer or http://www.erievovo.com/ who may be able to help.
