injectors get dirty and do have a service life. They may be dirty or just worn out. You can clean them or have them cleaned while out. Be sure to test your pressure regulator and injector signals (none while off) as well. If the injectors are leaking it may be a great time for an upgrade.
The owner of this business www.fiveomotorsports.com has turned out to be out my injector guru. You can but a set of new balanced injectors from him for close to what you pay for one new one from the dealer.
The last application I went to him with was a rare motorcycle and just buy describing the injector he was able to find out that it was an old style one used by Porsche and oddly enough Yugo in the eighties. He said Bosch had two new versions of these and I would get better mid range and slightly better mileage as the atomization was significantly better.
I bought a set of 4 new injectors for about $150 and the bikes owner (me) was thrilled. The bike makes great power and he was very realistic in his explanation.
I would give him a call. He also has wire pigtails and fuel pumps. I am not affiliated with them but have bought several packs of injectors and have always been satisfied.
