Power window loud clicking noise

Hi I recently changed the power window motor on the passenger side and I now hear a loud clicking noise when I reach the top or bottom of the window run. It sounds like a machine gun. It is as if the window does not know where the limits are and it keeps powering the motor so it sounds like a mchine gun. How do I repair this or how much would it cost if I brought it to a dealer?
