'93 850 GLT wont start

I have a '93 850 GLT. I cant get it to start. It has been sitting for about 4 months. I replaced the ignition rotor and cap because the old ones were gunky and worn, but it still wont start. It is getting spark and fuel to the fuel rail. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I've had this problem with mine it's the same year. What I did was hold the gas peddle to the floor and keep cranking it some times I have to crank 5 times for longer then normal and when it starts it will barely run but i let it run and with the peddle to the floor after a few seconds the engine speed will start to pick up and I start letting my foot off the peddle then it run s normal again and I don't have anymore problems until it sets for an extended period and not all the time just some. The Volvo dealer said it was a spark plug problem but I tried new plugs and it still happens. It could also be a sensor.
