trying to tighten alternator belt on 1992 940 turbo

Using the diagram in the attached slacken, but don't remove, nuts #6 and #9. Adjustment is done by turning the screw in the tensioning arm #7. The belt should be tightened so that with moderate thumb pressure on the longest run of the belt it deflects about 1/4".
Tighten nuts #6 and #9.
