Help removing raintray...

First off allow me to say hello.
Second allow me to say thank you in advance for any help

I am in need of some advice on how to remove the rain tray on my 2005 S40. I have a serious leak, it appears to be coming down the firewall on the passenger side. I was able to pull two of the plastic "pins" up, but the other two don't appear to have access beneath them therefor I cannot push the pins up to allow me to remove the tray. Any advice or tips would be great.
