oil sump orings or oil pressure switch
is it possible that the oil pressure switch could be bad causing similar message on dash to "stop no or low oil pressure"? obvisouly this would be a quicker and cheaper form of diagnostics than removing the pan only to find out nothing was needed to replace?

Take a look on the signal cable, sometimes it cracked..remember it retorns a negative signal to ecu..,,the pressure sensor maybe..but you can look on the oil cap if there's still lubrication, and make a pressure test by removing the sensor y place a manometer...(for this ,you can buy at harbor freight)..

job completed and wow what a pain in the you know what, the vadis instructions were vague to say the least we had to take the pretty much the whole sub frame down to get the oil pan out once we did it was a piece of cake. but well worth the saving in labor I would have had on this job.
