2004 S80 Heater only works in Manual

Post by JBT »

Is there any way to recalibrate the CCM? Just replaced the cabin temperature sensor and still no heat. I disconnected the negative battery terminal hoping system would reset. No luck. Disconnected both terminals - no luck. Touched the positve connector to the negative terminal - no luck. My heater only works in manual mode but not at top performance. I have replaced temp sensor, coolant thermostat, had coolant and heater core flush, replaced hoses with pin hole leaks, check in cabin thermocouple with smoke and it pulls in, checked fuses, disassembled underside of dash, disconnected battery every time before working on CCM. Any more suggestions on how to get my heater functioning on Auto? Trying my best not to end up at dealership to be fleeced. I did find a blue contact film in circuit board but can't find any diagram. Where does that go?
