Sorry kinda dark, but you can see that I could easily jiggle it. Is this normal? It's nice and warm her in Charleston and I finally turned on the a/c. Noticed that every time the compressor kicks in I feel a vibration in the steering wheel. But when the compressor kicks off, the vibration is gone. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Is this normal?

Yes, normal. If you replace it be will tighter for a short time. That is supposed to be a motion limiter and not really a mount. The earlier style that was pressed in was FAR more failure prone.
Steering shakes is somewhat normal with 5 cylinders. The idle speed is temp dependent and when weather warms up (I think ambient of 86F) the engine speed will go up 75 RPM or so and the vibes with compressor running will be less.
The RH engine mount under the front of engine is the one most likely to contribute to the vibes you are feeling.

My 06 xc90 (t5) vibrates like that at times when it is first started.
Now I know why.
