S60 won't accelerate

2002 volvo s60 2.4 sometimes won't accelerate past 2000rpm. Takes a few minutes and then it fixes problem on it's own.
Have replaced mass air flow sensor and cleaned throttle body and changed air filter. Fuel pump was replaced by volvo about 6 months ago on recall. Still have problem. What is next step???

Have codes read at dealer or an Indy shop with a full featured Volvo capable scan tool.
