Hello,
I own a 04 XC70, and I have a problem with the front wiper of my car. I can hear the wiper motor running, but the "wiper transmission" (the arms that control the windshiled wiper arms) are jammed. I would like to find some technical info about how to take the wiper system to pieces and to replace it. Could you help?

The wiper motors go bad and are expensive to buy and expensive to replace (labor)
Personally I just pull the plug and forget it when one goes bad
