Air Conditioning Not Cooling

Air Conditioning Not Cooling

For some reason the Volvo XC90 is not blowing cold air. I had auto shop do a diagnostic and they didn't find any leaks. I also had one of the mechanics fill it freon but with no luck. The cooling fan comes on I believe. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing the issue?

This will be a dumb questions, but are both temp dials set to cold? sometimes if one is to hot or warm with will affect the temp. Is it the same whether you use fresh or recirc air?
