air/fuel problem
I have a 2001 volvo s80 t6 that runs poor especialy on the bank 2 side. Its throwing code p1181 p0134 no activity b1s1 p0174 too lean bank 2 p0154 no activity b2s1 p1172 controll air fuel metering p1184 fuel adaptation bank 2 p1175 fuel trim adaptation innactive bank 2. The car just got 2 front o2 sensors installed that were direct fit. It has good compression, no vaccume leaks and the converters are not plugged. The throttle body has been cleaned. Any input would be great. Thanks

Were these codes present before the O2 sensors were replaced. I think my next move would be to check, yet again for vacuum leaks, clear all the adaptation data and do a re-adaptation. The adaption process is listed in VADIS if you have it.

I do not have the vadis info. Does anyone know how to do a re adaptation? Also the only code it had before was for the front bank 2 o2 sensor. Thanks for the info.

Having very similar issues with a T6 I'm working on, got a variety of O2 sensor related codes. Did you every figure out how to do the readaptation.
