Radio Problems 95 850

I cannot get this radio to get noise out of the speakers. Everything lights up when turned on, then I try to tune it and I get nothing, If turned up all the way I get Small fuzz so I know the speakers is plugged. Also the tape player will not take a tape and this is the model with the cd player however the cd player is gone. So I looked to see if the antenna was connected and it was but this is where I found these wires Unplugged one I know of however the others I cannot figure out. Is something unplugged???Is this an easy fix? Is something missing? please let me know

The radio has two fuses. #7 and #32.
Sounds like 7 may be toast.
Have you checked them both?
