Independent Volvo shops in LA

Any recommendations for a good indy in the Los Angeles area? I've tried the following: Swedish Motors on La Brea and Svenska Motors over in Montrose.

Not overly impressed with either of the above although Swedish Motors seemed okay.
Someone has mentioned Zen in Studio City and Ron's in Pasadena --also Bertone in Alhambra. Swedish Motors and Bertone are run by Swedes. But nationality doesn't necessarily make a good mechanic

I heard that Valencia Independent Volvo way up in Santa Clarita is good. They also sponsor a Volvo racing team.
