Chris, welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.

Your English is much better than my German so there is no need to apologize.

When you switch on the ignition you should have a battery charging light and a low oil pressure light on the instrument panel along with other lights which will go out when the circuits they are for have been checked. The battery and oil pressure lights should stay on until the engine is running. Are these lights not on or do you mean the lights that illuminate the dash?

There are 2 relays inside the fuel pump relay. The first relay should click when you switch on the ignition, which yours does. The second relay, which turns the fuel pumps, should come on when the engine turns over/runs. Have you checked the fuses for the two fuel pumps? I don't have the fuse listing for the B200F engine but it should be in the driver's manual.

You have 12V to the ignition coil but have you checked the coil itself to ensure it is working correctly?

Bill.
