2003 Volvo XC-90 2.5l turbo "Won't Start"

So , I have to work midnight shifts and come home in the morning park the car and later that night I leave to go back to my midnight shift and the cars just keeps trying to start but will not turn over. No gas? The fuel pump ecu has already been relocated from the right rear fender well to inside of the vehicle. I have a blow vacuum pump up near the drivers side headlight but I don't think that would be the issue it has been out for awhile now. Anyways , the fuel pump fuse is okay, the fuel pump ecu is okay newer fuel filter. I have been looking for the fuel pump relay but cannot seem to locate it. I have read a few posts on here similar to my problem and have looked into those issues but no luck. Any advice? It might be a fuel pump itself i will be trying that tomorrows by directly wiring it up to an alternate power source. Anyone know which wire to the fuel pump is the power wire? Any help is greatly appreciated. I love the xc-90 first Volvo ever owned. I am very mechanically inclined so fire away. Thank you for any help. UPDATE :There is proper power going to the fuel pump. It is not leaking due to a crack in the flange and no smell of gasoline inside the cabin. I have bought a fuel pump does anyone have instructions on how to replace the fuel pump without dropping the tank?
