Throttle Body cleaned won't start

Dealer said cold start rough idle in the morning cause could be throttle body. Finally the car wouldn't start one morning.cleaned throllte body it and still no start. What Next?

It may be fuel related, next logical place to look if TB is reassembled properly. Then's there's always electrical, of course.
