Hi,
I bought a volvo s80 2000 and i have some weird troubles.. Its my first automatic car and i think i have a problem related to the o2 sensor. The car seems to pulse and struggles to change gear when cruising or accelerate, it wont do it under high acceleration. Sometime at a stop a start to accelerate and then its like i stop pushing the pedal but it still pushed.. so i have to push it more then its down shift and accelerate. I did scan the car and had the following code
p1633 vehicule speed signal
p0050 o2 sensor heater controller circuit bank 2 sensor 1
p0154 02 sensor no activity detected bank 2 sensor 1
p1330 cvvt solenoid
what do you think??
tank you
o2 sensor?

Rucho26: Sounds like you are having problems with codes P0050 and P0154. I suggest you start your own post.
That said - it appears you changed your O2 sensors and checked your fuses, but still have the codes. The two codes you list are for the upstream bank 2 sensor (this will be on the one nearest the driver side - closest to the engine). You do not state if you have the 2.9 or 2.5 engine - but the O2 sensor should be near the back of the engine compartment. The downstream sensors are after the cat converter.
You need to get a volt ohm meter and check your harness/sensors to see if you are getting power to the sensors. There should be some write ups on checking these.
For wiring diagrams either do a search on the forum or just do a general internet search for "Volvo Wiring Diagrams" and you should find a link.

The thee thing common to both P0050 and P0154 are:
1. Both for the front (upstream) O2 sensor.
2. Defects in the electrical wiring. Shorts, Opens and Dirty connectors.
3. Defective O2 sensor.
