How do I disconnect 850 headlight wiper?

How do I disconnect 850 headlight wiper?

One is broken off. the other stops in the up position many times, I don't need nor want them, can I find an easy place to unplug or just cut the wires?

Look right behind the headlight, near the top, you should see a brown connector.
