98 xc70 cylinder head swap?

i am looking to take a head from a v70 r and put it on my xc70. There are several questions i need answered. Will it even fit? are the valves bigger? would it be beneficial to the car? my xc is turbo charged. i was wondering anyones thoughts on this..... i want to get about 260 hp to all four wheels and money and time are not an issue i just would like to know if it is worth while or not. i am replacing the head anyways because exhaust fumes are coming up through the radiator reservoir. I got the car for free and plan on a complete rip down and rebuild and also are the 5 cylinders capable of a good amount of boost?? (i want to run atleast 18psi)
