2000 Volvo V70 ABS Control Switch

Hello everyone, thanks for taking a look at my post. I think I have the common issue of the ABS control switch going bad. Speedometer stops intermittently, acceleration goes away, lights come on etc....then it starts working again. What is best and cheapest place to fix? I saw this guys site but don't much about him? http://home.earthlink.net/~vicrocha/
