2003 V50 ...CEM question

Oh Guys,
Without much histerics or dramatics here is the deal. Flooded 2003 V50, replaced the EURO CEM with a US CEM, I have dashlights etc, but no ignition....Possible to clone my old CEM to the New US CEM? Other than that any hacks available to clone and copy the transponder from the US Key to Euro Fob? This is just another idea i have thinking that the code from the the keys might help. ..ANY ideas, leads etc is greatly appreciated. Cheers!
