Serpentine pully seized

My belt shredded I went put a new one on nearly done it again my tensioner pully has seized can anybody tell me is it hard to get the pully off how many bolts and any pictures of the pully and the bolts that hold it on cheers p.s hiya and thanks for letting me jion cheers for any help

If yours is one of the later year cars (we don't know what you drive yet) there'll be 2 accessory belts and supposedly 2 tensioners.
