2002 V40 1.9T wheel bearing

I have a 2002 Volvo V40 1.9T. I have a whine that sounds like it's coming from the front left side. It starts at approximately 100km/h to 110km/h when you're on the gas pedal. I'm guessing it's a wheel bearing, but could it be the CV boots as well. My car has 196,000km on it and they've never been done. I haven't noticed any clicking while turning or any other indications they could be going just yet. Any help or ideas of where to look would be a great help. Ive also heard that checking all the engine and transmission mounts is a good idea.

I've previously had to replace my front wheel bearings:

I had a grinding type sound coming from the front left during various steering inputs - never at speed. If you want to check for any bearing play, best bet is to remove the wheel, remove the brake caliper and brake rotor. You'll then have nice easy access to the hub where you should be able to feel for any unusual movement or give it a spin and feel for any "roughness" from the bearing

It doesn't sound like a wheel bearing. Perhaps the PCV system or the gearbox. Tires also can make some strange noises.
