Hi,
For some reason when I turn my wheel, I can hear a sound like a fan squeaking and then water gurggling. Any ideas?
Thanks

Have an assistant turn the wheel, engine idling, while you listen to the power steering pump with a length of hose, color matched to your car. Make sure no neighbors are watching. My guess is the squeaking will be in the pump. It will probably squeak for a long time before needing replacement.

Is your passenger's side floorboard wet? The fan squeak could be you cabin blower motor and the gurgle could be condensate from the A/C sloshing around and getting picked up by the interior blower fan.
The A/C condensate drain hole can get clogged up and the water will get deep enough in the climate box to get into the fan. After the fan picks it up it tends to wash out the lubricant in the blower motor bearing. As you turn the car, particularly at speed, the blower bearings get loaded harder and you will get a chirp.
Cleaning out the condensate drain is fairly easy - we have a couple of threads in the repair database that deals with it.
