Volvo 850/70 Used Oil Pan Skid Plate... rip off or no ?

Just saw this craiglist ad in Colorado for a used 850/70 IPD skid plate for $200. Look at this non-sense. IPD sells a brand new one for $182.75.....where do people get these #s from ?

There's one in there classifieds for $200 as I don't think they stock it any more I would love one of these but postage is to much to ship accross the pond
