2002 XC70 Passenger window and lock

Window will not work on passenger side. Lock will not work with FOP or with key. There is a clicking sound in the door. Is there a rellay in there? Thanks.

I have the same problem and is the PASSENGER DOOR MODULE. I bought one used and took it to reload the software on it and didn't work. Apparently has to be replaced with and original NEW part from the dealer. I live in Canada and the price here is $ 560.00 aprox. then it has to be reloaded with the software so it matches with the car. That module also controls the mirror and the outside temperature that is displayed on the instrument panel.
