98 volvo s70 engine serial number

On the timing belt cover I have two numbers. The first reads ARTIKEL NR (P) 6821501. The second reads SERIE NR (T) 337984. Which is the engine serial number? Thank you.

The second number (337984) is the serial number.

Most of the '98s did have the hydraulic tensioner.
