XC90 Traction Control Temporarily OFF - What is this part?

This is connected near the engine and brake vaccum pump. I also have a "Traction Control Temporarily OFF" Message on the Dash and "Anti-Skid Service Required" Message intermittently. What is this part called? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can provide more info or pictures if needed.
