Vacuum Hoses

Anybody have any idea what the specs (inner and outer diameter) are for the vacuum hoses running from: (a) the turbo bypass-valve to the intake manifold; and (b) the intake-manifold 'bubble,' the fresh-air intake, and purge valve?

I've already replaced the TCV lines using the IPD kit's 5mm inner-diameter hose. But I can't find any info on these other vacuum lines.
