Good morning. I'm trying to install a Grom Bluetooth kit in my car and hit a snag immediately. I depressed both locks on the radio and they popped out as designed. Trying to pull the radio out by the tabs is not working. It feels like the radio is still locked in.
What am I missing here?

Nice firm pull? Any wiggle at all or is it solid? I'll take a picture of the side locking mechanism to see if that helps

Well I got it out without damage. I ran a very thin plastic scraper around the radio and gently pried all the way around. It fought me all the way out. I think this radio has been in since new and there was a lot of crud built up on the rails. Cleaned it all up and reinstalled.

Excellent. The catches are md DIN height and would be tough to pop off if stuck. Pics to come, catch I see just to right of my thumb in these
