I believe they are now obsolete. Many of the parts for the rear of these cars are no longer available, and in particular the AWD versions.

You may have to go down the used part route and try to find a good set. The biggest pain is you have to remove the rear bearing hub to remove the back plate and re-install. What some used parts places do is to cut a slot in the back plate at the front of the plate where it is narrowest and then bend it to get it off and then bend it flat again on installation.

I wonder how importent is this dustplates. They has 2 clamps who holds the brake shoes to the plate. Is this clamps importent to handbreak function?

Yes it is, and the back-plate also supports the parking brake shoes. As long as you have enough material left most of it is not really needed but it is there to keep stones and some of the dirt getting into it and reduce the amount of water getting in to reduce rust build up.

If you look at the picture below, you really only need the center portion. This is a 2000 V70R AWD and is unique to that year, but basically if you have the main center part that is dished down, that has the supports and retaining points for the shoe retainer clamps.

Rear AWD brake dust shield

These are obsolete parts and these came from a car the same as mine but from a relatively rust free area in western Canada. The Volvo specialist wrecking yard (Chapman motors on Vancouver Island) very kindly pulled these for me but it did cost more in labour. I then had them powder coated along with a bunch of other stuff to preserve them as spares for the future. These ended up costing more than new ones when they were available!
