My SRS Airbag Service Urgent light is on Note it has come on before and cut off on its own this time it came on after resetting the codes for CEL

You will have to get those read off to pinpoint the trouble - there isnt really a way to driveway diagnose these.

All I did was unplug the radio and climate control unit to replace the factory radio and the code popped up. I can't reset this with my OBDII scanner?

ICarSoft scanner for Volvo is another option, $150 on Amazon.
