SRS-Airbag Service Urgent light after replacing passenger side window

I took the 2008 C30 to the dealer to have them replace the passenger side window that someone tried to break. After picking it up I noticed the SRS-Airbag Service Urgent light came on after few miles. I saw the dealer had made a note that they couldn't turn it off.

Could replacing the window cause this error message?

There is a pressure sensor in the door for side impact detection. If that is unplugged or wires damaged from the broken glass then it will not clear without being repaired first.

The glass never broke and the light was not on when I took it in.
