s40 fuel rail is stuck and won't come off (pulled as hard as I can)

Trying to replace injector in cyl 3 to fix missfire.
I have all the retaining screws out and removed a screw and black clip from the fuel line to the rail. I tried to pry it out with a flat screwdriver but I'm scared of breaking something.
I unplugged all the electrical connectors to the injector, fuel pressure sensor, etc. I even removed all the little yellow U-clip on each injector

I tried pulling the fuel rail out as hard as I could and it will not come out. What am I missing ?
